Collect parent consent before filming
Send the Huddl consent form home before you film any student.

Huddl films students, so parent consent comes first. During set-up you'll be asked to confirm that you'll collect consent before filming any student.
What happens to the video
- Videos are never stored. Each video is analysed on the iPad, then deleted.
- Only results are saved: grades, metrics and teacher notes.

Send the consent form home
- Download the Huddl consent form. It's linked on the student privacy screen in set-up and in Account.
- Send it home with your usual school notes, or share it through your school's parent app.
- Keep returned forms with your school records.
- Only film students whose parents have said yes.

Tip: Talking to your principal or a parent? The School Information Pack explains how Huddl works and includes the consent form at the end.
